Note: Utsanzi SMS is a school management system used by educational institutions. Any student data processed through this platform is done so under the authority of the school as data controller and is subject to the school's own privacy policies. Utsanzi Tech acts as a data processor in this context.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify affected users by email.
